Delivery Coverage
We currently ship within Egypt only, and we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing and Delivery Time

- Delivery time varies by governorate, depending on the customer's location, with the following estimated timeframes:

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the governorate/region of delivery. The exact shipping cost is displayed at checkout based on the address entered, before payment is confirmed.
Order Tracking
Once an order has shipped, a confirmation message (via [email/SMS]) will be sent containing tracking details, if available, depending on the shipping carrier used.
Delivery Delays
We work hard to meet the timeframes mentioned above, but delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier conditions, weather, or holidays. If there is a noticeable delay beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us to inquire about your order status.
