Return Period
Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Conditions for Accepting Returns
- The product must be in its original condition, exactly as received.
- The product must be unopened and completely unused.
- The product must be accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase, along with all original accessories and packaging.
Shipping and Return Costs
- If the return is accepted, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost. If not paid upfront, it will be deducted from the customer's refund.
Additional Policy: Opened or Lightly Used Products
If the product has been opened or lightly used in a way that does not affect its condition or resaleability, the store reserves the right to accept the return with a 30% deduction from the product's value, in addition to the shipping costs mentioned above.
Cases Not Eligible for Return
- Products showing clear signs of use or damage inconsistent with "light use."
- Products returned more than 14 days after the date of receipt.
- Products missing original accessories or packaging without acceptable justification.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, and confirmed to meet the conditions above, the eligible amount will be refunded to the customer within a reasonable timeframe, after deducting any applicable costs (shipping, and the 30% deduction if applicable).
Legal Basis
This policy is applied in accordance with the provisions of the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and its executive regulations, which guarantee the consumer's right to a refund or exchange within the legally specified period, subject to the terms and conditions related to the condition of the returned product.
